Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moonshot Network application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Jochen Stoll ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Moonshot Network is a personal relationship-management application that helps you organize your network, log interactions, receive reminders, and optionally sync events with your calendar. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to abuse or disrupt it, to reverse-engineer it, or to access it by automated means except as permitted. When you store information about other people (your contacts), you are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you add. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to store the contact and relationship information you input. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
5. Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party services (e.g. Google, Microsoft) or use our hosting platform, your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. AI-assisted features
The Service may generate AI-based suggestions. These are provided for your convenience, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for deciding whether to act on them.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (including, under German/EU law, liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or as required by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Trebur, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
